Welcome to FIREarly, a personal finance and wealth-planning platform offering tools such as SIP Calculators, SWP Retirement Projections, Home Loan & Rental Adjustment Calculators, and PE Expansion/Compression Matrix insights.

By accessing or using FIREarly’s website, tools, or related services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, constituting a legal agreement between you and FIREarly.

4.2 Prohibited Use (Data Harvesting and Commercial Use)

You are strictly prohibited from:

• **Scraping,** data mining, spidering, crawling, or otherwise attempting to harvest, obtain, or replicate data, models, or results for any commercial or non-commercial automated use.

FIREarly is committed to protecting user privacy. The calculators are generally designed to operate locally in your browser, and FIREarly does **NOT** store the personal financial inputs you enter into the calculators.
